Pet care experience
Hi proud fur baby moms & dads! My name is Edith, and I have been working in veterinary clinics for the past 6 years! The passion I have for our little [or big] friends goes beyond just pet sitting, and I am in the process of completing the education necessary to become a veterinarian. Both of my parents are vets so I grew up in a household where pet care was held to the highest standard, and this is something I’m proud to uphold over the years. I just left a position in veterinary emergency care so I am well versed in staying calm and logical under stressful situations should any arise. I now work at a new clinic in St. Catharines - send me a message if you’re looking for a clinic for your babies! I am very aware how anxiety provoking it can be to leave pets at home - so I make sure I send daily updates and pictures. We all want to know that our loved ones are being taken care of!

I was very pleased with my Rover experience and Edith! Lots of updates and photos of our dog during her stay. Very attentive to details during the meeting and she made our dog very comfortable (which isn’t an easy thing to do) 100% recommend Edith to anyone!

Edith watched our 2 Saint Bernard’s when we were away for our sons wedding out of town. From the initial meet, Edith was incredibly with both dogs and communication both prior to and during the pet sitting services in our home was beyond our expectations! Edith sent pictures throughout the day of our Fur Babies, and we had no doubt they were in good hands. They LOVED HER!!! During our time away, our girl Velma experienced a medical emergency, and Edith took this in stride and brought her to our vet and gave her all her medications…not only that, but she washed and cleaned all of the accidents, including bedding and carpets caused by the UTI. We can’t wait to use her services again!
Edith took such great care of Misty! She kept me updated throughout the visit which gave me piece of mind.

I love to keep pets mentally stimulated while I’m petsitting - whether that’s going for long walks and checking out all the smells, running around in the backyard, or watching a nature documentary (call me crazy but my cat loves it haha)
