Edgar is absolutely wonderful! I first met him at the Animal Hospital where he works as the lead caregiver for all hospitalized and boarding dogs when one of my dogs got sick and needed to stay in the facility for a while. Edgar is so warm, steady, reliable, and amazing and I could see instantly how well my dog and all the other dogs responded to him. He's the go-to guy there for scared, shy, or aggressive dogs because his presence is so calming. After meeting him at his job, I was so impressed with him, I asked him if he would ever consider pet sitting for me because my dogs get very stressed in boarding situations. Since then, he's pet sat for me several times and when I come home, my dogs are relaxed and happy! I trust Edgar completely and feel 100% comfortable leaving my pets in his hands. He's also experienced with lots of other animals - cats, lizards, fish, spiders, birds, etc! I know that he's also a veterinary technician assistant and very good with medicating dogs and caring for dogs with special needs. He's an all-around terrific guy with excellent understanding of animal behavior and the needs of each individual. Meet Edgar once and you'll see what I mean!

Edgar is a compassionate and reliable animal-lover. Multiple times he has come through for me and helped care for my two cats while I was out of town. He goes above and beyond to be helpful and attentive, driving almost 45 minutes from his house to mine to make sure those girls were cared for and loved! I have also had the pleasure of being Edgar's coworker, and I cannot emphasize enough his work ethic and dedication. He is an all around great guy and there's no need to worry when he's in charge.
