Had high hopes for this walker only to be let down hard in the end. Our regular dog walker was going to be away for a vacation so we had booked with Eddie and his wife in the interim to have our German Shepherd puppy walked at midday so he can have a chance to use the restroom and get some exercise. We had agreed to have him walked around 12:30 (per usual) throughout the work week well in advance. First time he was going to be walked there was confusion because they had forgotten he was scheduled to be walked at 12:30. Since they had thought it was earlier this wasn’t a big deal. However once we got the rover card it looked as though they had just been in the backyard for about 30min. The next day I’m told it’s too hot to walk the dog (it is under 90 degrees in Houston in September) and that they left after letting him out for roughly 12 minutes. This is just terrible practice as a dog walker compared to our other walker who is also on this app. We will not be rebooking with them…

We’ve had the best experience with Eddie he has been so accommodating our pets love him and we’ve actually had the pleasure of booking with him twice
