I have lived with dogs since I was 8 years old, first caring for a Jack Russell terrier and then a Doberman alongside the Jack Russell for the last 7 years. Our two dogs are like opposite ends of the spectrum: picky eater vs will eat at any time, completely trained vs could not heel for her life, and spooks about various things, such as cars, motorcycles, bicycles, Jehovah's Witnesses (not a joke actually), thunderstorms, fireworks, etc. Dealing with both sizes of dogs with very different personalities has made me very acclimated to the many habits of dogs and I am generally very personable with any dog I meet. My personal style for caring for my dogs is with a lot of love always, but with a firm hand for things like walking, staying away from danger, not chasing things down, etc. I was the person in my family who handled the training, walking, feeding and administering oral medication for both of our dogs so I have lots of experience in those fields for small and large dogs. Most importantly, I adore dogs and I will unconditionally take care of your loved one every time!
