After confirming drop off time and location with Dylan several days prior to the boarding booking, I reached out to Dylan on the day of dropoff to let him know I was on my way and would be there at the agreed upon time. I knocked on his door and received no response. He was unresponsive to any Rover communication. Dylan left me high and dry on the day of booking and completely ghosted on me. This put me in a difficult situation, as I was in the middle of leaving town for vacation. I was forced to find alternate accommodations for my dogs on a last-minute basis. I never heard from Dylan with an apology or any other communication explaining why he was suddenly unavilable for the booking. I would not recommend Dylan for any dog boarding needs.

I was very satisfied with bellas stay with Dylan. He worked with me on my early drop off which was important to me. Also Bella came back happy and tired. Even though it was only a daycare she got a couple of walks and lots of attention.
