Im new to Rover but I have been taking care of dogs for over a decade! I got my first dog (120 pound shepherd) when I was only 7 and haven't lived without furry friends ever since. Growing up taking care of dogs, rabbits, turtles, hamsters. Animals became my best friend, furthering my affirmation for these loving creatures. I feel I have a unique connection to dogs as we gravitate towards each other! Whether it is walking your pup or coming by to care for your family pet, I love dogs! Not only do I love caring for my own pup, I have always shown the same affection towards other dogs. When I am over at someone’s house, the first thing I do is run to their pet if their pet hasn’t already come to me. I currently have a 2 year old female German shepherd who has Separation Anxiety & rarely leaves my side, so I am experienced in how to attend to dogs that need extra care. Additionally, I have taken care of puppies from the age of 8 weeks to senior dogs of over 10 years of age. I am experienced to accommodate dogs in any age group range! Im currently attending VCU & studying nursing to become a NICU nurse. Even though I am a college student, I am very flexible to fit almost any schedule since most of my study is done online. I will make sure to put your dog’s needs before anything else. I can provide endless fun, active playtimes as well as appropriate exercise for dogs of all sizes. I will make it my top priority to monitor and tend to your furry friend! I am available for walks anytime that fits best for you! Same goes for drop-in visits to replenish your precious baby with food/water/potty breaks. My experience includes house sitting for single or multiple-pet homes, taking animals to for walks, providing CPR/first aid, taking trips to the dog park, dropping in for feeding, watering, exercise, mental stimulation.
