Dylan took amazing care of my boy, Hobbes. Dylan sent updates, was responsive, and was easy to schedule dropoff and pickup with. Hobbes has been sleeping since he’s been home. His time spent with Dylan was clearly full of activity!

***PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING*** We hired Dylan to watch our dog for two nights for our wedding day. It turned out to be a terrible mistake. We got a message from Dylan during our rehearsal dinner that our dog had escaped his yard even though we instructed Dylan that he is to never be off-leash. Dylan had left him unleashed on his porch when our dog escaped and ran into the woods. We suspect that our dog was missing for 5 hours before Dylan told us because our dog had an Apple Airtag on him that only pinged his location at Dylan's house around 5 hours before we received the message he was missing. Luckily after 5 days of strategic searching we were able to locate and safely catch our dog. He’s lucky to be alive after running across the highway, losing his collar, and spending so many days starving in the woods with predators. We spent hundreds of dollars in the search and lost thousands more after missing our rehearsal dinner and cancelling our honeymoon. Not to mention all of the memories we lost due to being worried sick on the day of our wedding. We're not normally the type to write negative reviews but we don't want this happening to anyone else. We believe that Dylan was negligent, and the situation could have been easily prevented had he followed our care instructions. If you plan to have Dylan watch your dogs we strongly recommend you thoroughly check the areas that he may be leaving your dog unattended, including the deck, because if your dog escapes the area is heavily wooded. The profile says the yard is fenced but that is very misleading as the entire back side of the yard opens up into heavy woods. Dylan did help us with the search and checked in frequently during the search efforts and we are appreciative of that. However, the whole situation could have been avoided if our care instructions were followed.
