Pet care experience
For my whole life, we've always had dogs in the house and, as I’ve gotten older, there was definitely a period where it seemed more like a zoo than a human household with all of our rescues. When I was in high school, I fell in love with training dogs and really never wanted to do anything else. Over the years, I’ve made every effort to immerse myself in the field through work at Petco and multiple daycares, as a volunteer at Kent Animal Shelter, as a student with the Animal Behavior College, becoming a CPDT, opening my own business, and tentatively dipping my toes into the grooming aspect of it all as well. Hopefully, as time goes on, I can continue to pursue my dog training career as a multifaceted professional and expand more fully into my own business. Dyese was great! Bishop had an amazing time and loved every minute. Not only was she great with my dog, she was also very polite and friendly! Highly reccomend.
This is the second time Dyese took care of my dogs, this time overnight. Dyese clearly loves what she does, and the animals respond to her. My Lola will refuse food if any part of her routine is off. Not this time, she felt safe enough to eat her dinner, this is a very big deal. Dyese communicates clearly, she’s flexible, and just good people! I highly recommend her, my pups will definitely be back!
Our little Meli had a great time with Dyese! This was her first time staying away from home and Dyese took great care of her to make sure she felt right at home! We look forward to bringing her back again!
JD was well taken care of! When I picked him up, as excited as he was to see me, he kept going back to Dyese for some hugs. Her pictures showed a very happy, smiling pup. I will use her again!

I live on half an acre of land with a fully fenced in yard, separate attached dog run, and plenty of space to run! We do a perimeter check twice daily to make sure the fencing is secure and the grounds are meeting our standards of cleanliness. I can easily crate dogs if that’s what their paw-rents request, but also have no problem allowing them to roam through the house if that’s what they’re accustomed to. I do have a few pups of my own, but they’re the friendliest guys you’ll ever meet — one is actually a quadriplegic! Everyone is separated while eating and stay separated for about an hour following meals to allow food to digest. Let me know if there are any other accommodations your pet needs!

Information Dyese D. would like to know about your pet
Always, always, always let me know if your fur babies have any difficulties with other dogs or animals so I can do my best to accommodate them. Allergies and medical conditions are also very important for me to be aware of. Let me know about his favorite toys and her favorite snack.
A typical day
We love going for super long walks! My bigger dogs go on a two mile walk every morning and we go hiking in the woods for a couple hours every evening! Don't forget cuddles - we are expert snugglers in my house. We have a nice sized yard and a separate dog run for the pups that aren't quite up for long walks or play time, and fetch and tug are definitely regular activities. In the summer, the dogs are welcome in our pool, but we also have a little one to keep our smaller fur-iends cool while still giving them ample opportunities for playtime and exercise.
