Our pups had a great stay! We will definitely let our two dogs stay with Dwayne again. Thanks!!!

I was looking for someone to take care of Zoey while I was on a trip that would give me a piece of mind. Dwayne seemed like a confident dog sitter with experience. When we met up prior to stay he said he doesn’t have any dogs and I mentioned that my dog had trouble being part of an animal pack. When we show up to drop her off hours before our flight I realized there are three other dogs in the house that were not mentioned prior. During the first few minutes one of the dogs ate Zoey’s food and that was when I knew it will be trouble. Dwayne said it’s ok, he has enough room in the house to keep them separate. Which as I found out later meant keeping Zoey locked up in a room, where out of the separation anxiety she chewed up a door frame (which she has not done since she was a little puppy 7 years ago). However, Zoey seemed to be well exercised when we got her back and as promised, Dwayne said the other dogs did eventually accept her into the pack. Arriving back we received a additional $75 bill for the destroyed door frame and food that she ran out of. He charged $15 for three days of food. The amout of food provided should’ve been more than enough, as I gave 1/2 of that amount for a 4 day stay and got half of that back. Maybe she shared food with other dogs this time that we ended up paying for. Idk. In addition, both of the toys we provided for Zoey (a rope and a ball) were not returned to us, nether did we see a refund from Dwayne for them since he was so mercantile. Clearly Dwayne is good with dogs, we just wish our dealings were more open and clear cut
