I work from home 5 days a week, and have been looking after dogs since 2020, usually for friends and family. When I am out and about, I take them with me.

I have a 2 bed house, and a fenced backyard, and I normally go out for walk, weather depending, 2 - 3 times a day. My daughter (18) loves to play ball and there is a huge park 1 min away from where I am, so that is handy. For pet owners home, I will follow as instructed.

A typical day
I generally take them for a walk or a run as I am told. Play fetch and generally have a run around in the home or outside.

Pet care experience
I have grown up with dogs and have been looking after dogs since 2020. I can take them overnight, and the longest I had a dog was for 5 weeks when the owners had a family emergency outside the UK. It is now a very normal routine for me.

Durva made both me and Pablo feel so comfortable from the moment we arrived, and she took the time to learn all about Pablo and his day-to-day routine. I didn’t feel anxious at all about leaving him — he settled with her straight away and wasn’t bothered in the slightest when I left! She sent regular updates throughout, and you can really tell she cares for the dogs as if they were her own. I’ll definitely be using Durva again 🤍
Durva was absolutely fantastic kept me informed of how mutley was doing , sent regular photo updates of mutley relaxing & out and about walking . Reassured me he was not finding it to over welming. I would definitely recommend durva and would for sure use her again . Diane piper
Durva took good care of our cockapoo and I particularly appreciated the time Durva took over out Sniffing Out meeting. She asked lots of questions and wanted to have as much information as possible about our dog. Durva was great with medication and we would be happy to book for her to stay with her again 😊.
Durva was brilliant, looked after Lucky in best possible way, even he was a bit anxious when I left him, but she made him feel at home and he settled down nicely. Sorry that he destroyed you paper towel.
