Dulcy was wonderful with Rocky. She was in steady communication with me and she took great care of him. She was also super flexible about the last minute request. And she picked him up and brought him home. I highly recommend!

This was the longest and stressful time for me. It was disappointing and misleading to say the least when you read a lot of the other reviews. It hard to fathom how my experience was drastically the total opposite. We met for a meet and greet before the actual service time. I had explained that my fur baby has separation anxiety and an incident at doggy daycare caused her to be anxious and not do well with other dogs. Dulcy explained that her granddaughter has a dog named Sadie. We let them feel each other out and she explained that Sadie would follow Dasher’s (my fur baby) lead. She also mentioned that she dog sits another dog on Wednesdays but it’s only for that day. I explained to her all of Dasher’s habits and behaviors and we appeared to be on the same page. They evening of drop off there were a total of 3 dogs there. I felt uneasy because I was under the impression that only Sadie would be there until Wednesday when she would have another dog. I was leaving the following morning and hoped that all would be okay. Each day I had to reach out to her and responses were either emojis or one-two word answers. I had to ask for pictures to get a since of how she was doing. Every picture was the exact same. Never showed her face until the last evening and she looked out of it as if she had been drugged or something. I picked her up and she’s telling me all the things that I had previously said to her as if she had discovered something new. She told me Dasher had an upset stomach and that her stool was loose and she had to give her a bath. I got Dasher home only to discover that she had dried feces all on her backside and in her tail. It was hard and dry and took some work to get it out. It’s no way she bathed her and I believe it was probably in her since the beginnng of the visit. I had to take her to the groomers and explained to them what had happened and she even had to cut some of her tail in order to get some of it out. I will not ever use her again nor will I recommend her.
