A bit about myself 🐾 I have been interacting with animals since a very young age, I have always and will always have the love and passion for the furry family. Before my mother had her first dog I would beg to walk her friends dogs, which I would spend hours (I mean hours!) walking in fields, playing on the hay bales and to fetch balls or sticks. My family have had working gun dogs (Weimaraner's, GSP and GWP) for around 15 years so I have plenty of experience and knowledge in the K9 world, with reference to training, body language, temperament, diet and just making sure that your dog is happy, comfortable, safe and having the best time with me. Communication is key when it comes to looking after your pet, I will send you photos and videos to show that your pet is having a wonderful time with me and what adventures we have been on etc. If you are looking for Boarding or Day care, I'd like you to know that I have mixed bookings, I will have bookings at the same time from different house holds. I am only interested in booking 100% sound dogs that will get on with other dogs. I will not put dogs in any unsafe situations or needless discomfort, I want your dogs to feel welcome and to enjoy their stay to the max. If you want your Puppy Boarding or a Day Care service then the pup needs to be crate trained as I have to pop out the house daily. (I have crates available). I live in a two bed house with a big conservatory for your dogs to bask in the sun after a well earnt walk, my garden is walled/fenced. I am close to two large parks which is perfect for nice long walks.

Hildy had a wonderful time with Drew and the other dogs she was looking after this weekend. Drew is amazing with dogs and particularly wirh our Robin. He's a large size and boisterous but she's more than capable looking after him. He loves coming to her.

The safety and welfare of your pet(s) is my top priority which also includes being mentally and physically stimulated because a sleepy doggo is a satisfied dog. Having your pet focused on me and getting that engagement is hugely important: it's the process of teaching your dog(s) that paying attention to me is fun and rewarding for them. A dog who is really engaged with its human will ignore other things around them, even distractions like another dog, cars or bikes, or even food dropped on the path! I am fully insured as well as having the Rover cover with their policy. I am happy to crate your doggo if needed, we could discuss anything else further more if that is something you would like.

I would love to arrange a meet and greet session before hand to get to know more about your doggo and their needs. For boarding or day care services - We can either meet at the park local to myself or visit Jenno's at Fosse park as it's busy with dogs so I can see how your doggo is in a busy/doggy area, I will ask you to come back to mine so they are familiar with my home. Or I am happy to pop over if you are interested for walking services/drop in visits. I would like to discuss with the owner/s any important information/requirements for your doggo/s so we can create a plan together to make sure your pet's stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible, and for your peace of mind.
A typical day
If you are looking for your pet to have a fun filled day full of walks, play time, basic training and much more then you want to book in with me! Once you have dropped off your furry doggo, we will start the day with a long walk around both of the parks near me. They consist of open fields, woodland and brooks to have a thirst quenching drink after running around with me and/or other dogs. In regards to any walking - I will always accommodate to the needs of your pets; if that is keeping them on short or long lines, not letting them stray too far off lead, be conscious of other walkers/dogs if they are on the lead I have the respect to call back the dogs I am walking. Once we are back from the walk, I tend make a cuppa and some food then commence some calm/nap time. I feel it is very important that dogs have calm time and rest their minds and bodies. I have a few private walks to proceed with in the mornings which your dogs will be left to sleep for a few hours. I will then take them out for a second walk in the afternoon. There will be lots of play time and love given through out the day as well as some treats for good behaviour.

Availability
I started my business in 2023, I supply dog walking, boarding and doggy day care services. I am on the path to get qualifications in dog behaviour and expanding my knowledge in dog training. I currently work part-time, 4 hours a week one day a week. I am looking at buying a vehicle in the near future so I can take your doggos to some exciting places I know locally to me, my goal is to be able to arrange pack walks for my clients twice a day in which I would take the boarding dogs with me so they are not left alone. I am familiar with walking numerous amounts of dogs at once and have the confidence/skill to do so.
