Welcome to the AllenBarks Household. We absolutely adore every single breed of dog, and cannot wait to meet yours! I am currently a full time stay at home dog mom/sitter with our 7 year old German Shepherd/ Bernese Mountain dog mix. Our dog Lakota is extremely sweet and loves having dog friends around. We all want to be there for our fur babies but sometimes we have busy work schedules and travel goals we like to accomplish. My goal is to give them the same love and attention you do while you are away. I would love to be your dogs sitter so feel free to reach out to me! I was pretty nervous about leaving my dogs for so long (11 nights), but Dragana and her boyfriend were great! They sent lots of pics/videos and treated our dogs as their own. We would definitely use them again!
My husband and I felt so comfortable leaving our two little puppies with Dragana, we drove out west from Michigan for a concert at Red Rocks and left Annie Lee and William for the night. It was a great experience for us and for the puppies. Dragana sent pictures and videos of our puppies to us throughout the night to help calm our nerves. When we picked Annie Lee and William up in the morning they were very happy. I would definitely leave any of my dogs with Dragana in the future!!!! Thank you so much Dragana!!!!!

There is plenty of extra beds, toys, bowls and other items allowing each dog to have their own personal space if that is what they prefer. Our dog mainly keeps to herself, and doesn’t normally initiate indoor playing on her own but will do so if the other dog nudges her to play. -We consider ourselves a fun uncle and aunt house where the dogs are welcome to sleep on all the couches and beds their hearts desire!! 🛋️🐶 (if this is not a behavior you allow for your dog please let me know and we’ll make sure to follow the rules you have established for your pet) -we have plenty of extra treats in our house, as well as bully sticks that the dogs usually get. (if there any allergies, please let us know in advance, and we will make sure not to feed them our treats)

A typical day
-We are both extremely outdoorsy people, and like to spend as much time outdoors as possible hiking, going on walks or just a simple stroll at the park with our dog! We do Most of the longer hikes are during the weekend! If that is something you’re comfortable with, we’d love to take your pet hiking!

Availability
I am currently a full time stay at home dog mom so I have a very open schedule. My dog and I prefer to spend as much time outside getting sunshine. We have a doggy door for our backyard and I’m happy to train your dog how to use it if they are unfamiliar. Even with a yard we prefer to go for at least 1 if not 2 walks a day depending on the weather! (Can provide walks more frequently if necessary)
