I grew up with dogs, but it wasn't till I rescued Gizmo in 2006 that I discovered my inner dog. We developed a very special bond and our daily walks provided the basis for our communication as I got to venture into his world. We almost never missed a day, heavy rain was the only condition I avoided. Unfortunately, he's no longer around and I miss the companionship of those walks. I'm available most days and most times. Avoiding other dogs, over-friendly kids, traffic, that moldy cheeseburger, or slow squirrel can be taxing, but I know what to look for and how to sidestep trouble. Always looking for new places to walk. Willing to drive to a park if desired. I now live with 2 cats and my dog is getting rusty.
