Doug had quick responses and was friendly. He came to meet the dogs at our house prior to taking care of them. I only needed my two dogs walked and feed in the morning and afternoon one day. He was able to come to my house to do that. The dogs seemed happy when I got home. The only negative issue I had was miscommunication. I paid prior to the arrangement. The day Doug was taking care of the dogs, he sent me a message in the evening stating the amount we had paid was wrong and he asked me to send more. I did not mind paying what I needed to make sure my boys were cared for, but I was annoyed that he had already came that day and then realized it was not the correct amount afterwards. I was out of town and busy, so it was just frustrating to deal with when I had already paid and discussed arrangements. Other than that issues, things went okay.

Doug is very responsible and kind caretaker for dogs! He loves any and all dogs that are around him! He is very playful with dogs and I believe any dog would be in good hands with Doug!
