Unspayed Females Accepted, Neutered Males Only
We had Dottie look after our 2 pugs for 5 days and our dogs came home happy and clean. It was our first time using Rover and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience. She is super responsive during our communication and gave us an update during our trip.
We would definitely return to Dottie next time we need dog boarding services!
Dottie was amazing. We had to book kind of last minute with her, and she was very accommodating. She regularly boards dogs, so she knows what she is doing and has a routine that she follows to make sure the dogs are both comfortable and safe. We will definitely be using her again.
It's apparent that Dottie loves dogs and does all that she can for furry guests to feel comfortable. She is very responsive and flexible and caters to odd drop off/pick up times at that are convenient for us. This was Tiki's second stay and although he's timid, we know he loves staying at Dottie's!
I have lots of time and love
I'm retired and have a big house with a nice sized fenced yard. I had a dog sitting business some years ago. I had two Pugs at the time and most of the dogs I cared for were Pugs, but there were other small breeds. One night I had 12 dogs in bed with me and my very understanding husband. I don't know how we got any sleep. I'm widowed and live with my two ...
What Dottie would like to know about your dog
I love all animals, but dogs are so amazing. So much smarter than people give them credit for. They have feelings like we do. I love all breeds. At one time I had a 180 pound Harlequin Great Dane. Loved that dog so much. My husband wasn't a dog lover so I went years without a dog. We always had cats (love cats). One day at work I saw a Pug for the first time. I fell in love. My husband saw a Pug a few weeks later and I got my first Pug for Christmas that year. I started dog sitting when he was less than a year old and one of the Pugs I took care of came to live with me. I had to stop sitting dogs when my 13 year old Pug became crippled. I felt as though those dogs were my dogs. One client told me, Ping, his Pug was depressed for a few days after he took him home. He asked what I did. Visits to the park nearly every day, home made treats and he slept with us. "No wonder he doesn't want to go home, wow!" That was his response. I've really missed dog sitting.
