I love all animals, but dogs are so amazing. So much smarter than people give them credit for. They have feelings like we do. I love all breeds. At one time I had a 180 pound Harlequin Great Dane. Loved that dog so much. My husband wasn't a dog lover so I went years without a dog. We always had cats (love cats). One day at work I saw a Pug for the first time. I fell in love. My husband saw a Pug a few weeks later and I got my first Pug for Christmas that year. I started dog sitting when he was less than a year old and one of the Pugs I took care of came to live with me. I had to stop sitting dogs when my 13 year old Pug became crippled. I felt as though the dogs I cared for were my dogs. One client told me, Ping, his Pug was depressed for a few days after he took him home. He asked what I did. Visits to the park nearly every day, home made treats and he slept with us. "No wonder he doesn't want to go home, wow!" That was his response. I've really missed dog sitting.

I will take all small dog breeds. However, if your dog is a jumper he probably belongs somewhere else. Other wise, the only thing is they must be gentle for the sake of the other dogs. All pups will be in a dog bed or on a blanket next to my bed. I'm home every day and play with my dogs in the house and the back yard. They will sit with me on the sofa when we watch tv. I will treat them like my own. No dogs will ever be crated unless requested by their owner. crated ever.never crated a dog when I had my business.
