We have 2 dogs and 1 cat. I am a retired operational manager from the Correctional service. I love being a pet owner. My animals are all rescues and all came with their own foibles and trust issues however with time and training they have become wonderful pets and we love them dearly. I walk my dogs and spend lots of time with them. Burt the cat is very aloof as cats sometimes are but he gets along with the dogs when he wants to. The dogs just tend to leave him alone. Our house is a 4 bedroom in a quiet neighborhood where there are lots of dogs and people out and about.
