Pet care experience
We are a family who loves dogs! We hosted Rover dogs for 3 years before getting a dog of our own. Now our dog Romeo loves the company of another dog when we get the chance to host. Taking care of pets while owners are away is a lot of fun for us and a way for us to get experience with different breeds. We have great nature trails in our town. Right across the street there is conservation land where your dog will be able to walk. Our home has lots of space and a big back yard. We are home a lot and have leisure time to get to know your dog. We promise to love your dog like it's our own during their vacation with us. Over the years, we have lots of wonderful stories of the dogs that have stayed with us and we remember them all by names and their unique personalities!

Dorothy and her family took good care of Dolly while I was away. Dolly was happy and healthy when I picked her up.
Dorothy and her family were unbelievably amazing. They made our little angel, Levi feel right at home, so much so that he didn't want to leave. I would 100% book with them again, our pup, Levi has disabilities, he is deaf and half blind and they were very open to watching him and insistent on learning his signs and communication methods. Being that he has disabilities we are very particular with who he stays with but once again, Dorothy and her family WERE AMAZING!
Dorothy and her family were great with welcoming and taking in our dog while we were away. She had good questions up front, is a very experienced dog sitter, has a great house for our dog who was welcomed in as a part of their family, she has three young children who spent time with our dog, she sent daily pictures, was very punctual with timing and made sure our dog visited prior to its first overnight visit. We had a good sense that he was well taken care of while we were away. I would recommend Dorothy if you have a nice playful friendly well housetrained dog.
I cannot thank Dorothy and her family enough for taking care of Dobby. I received regular updates and photos from Dorothy, which is just what a dog parent needed the most while away. I could tell Dobby had a fantastic time with the girls during his stay. Thank you again Dorothy!

We are available year round. We have time everyday to take your dog on different walks and tour dog friendly parks. We love to spend time outside. I work part time and when I"m at work, most often another family member is home. We like to get instructions from you as to what helps your dog get adjusted to a new home. We have enjoyed every dog that has stayed with us and look forward to meeting new dogs.

I work part time and have the time to take dogs for walks 3 or 4 times a day. 4 hours is the maximum time that dogs stay on their own at home.
