I had the pleasure of meeting Donnie on a professional level. Donnie presented himself to be very welcoming, great communicator, and able to adjust to various situations. For example, Donnie would be handling several tasks but with an individual as in need of care. Donnie would immediately respond with concern, compassion, and active listening skills. Compassion is a key component to have also one to continually develop while working in a service field. Donnie is willing to be proactive in many different forms to make sure that one is listened too, welcomed, and comfortable. I know Donnie will to excellent in any fashion he chooses to serve.
