I grew up on a farm, so I was always surrounded by animals. It’s been the same throughout my life, as I’ve raised many dogs and cats, including, presently, my dear little 12-year-old pug, Hannah. Because I’ve seen just about everything as a pet owner, I understand the difficulties of being separated from your four-footed family members. My goal is for you to relax and know your pet is while you are away. What does your dog enjoy? That’s what we’ll do! Walks in the neighborhood or nearby park, tug-of-war, fetch, frisbee—they can all be part of our daily routine, which will of course include plenty of snuggling and cuddling! I love hiking and walking along the Delaware at low tide, so if your dog is the outdoorsy sort, we’re sure to have a great time! And if they're the snuggle on the couch sort, we'll do that too. My considerable expertise with animals makes me an exceptional caregiver. I'm comfortable giving medications orally or via injection. My medical background helps me to know when something is a minor issue or requires a trip to the vet. If we agree on arrangements, I will first schedule a meet-and-greet to acquaint myself with you and your dog, and to learn your dog’s routine and any special needs they may have.
