Pet care experience
Hello! I am a person who absolutely love animals. I have a bachelors degree in Biology where I focused my studies in animal biology. I was a vet tech for sometime and have since been working in informal education while still working with many animals (terrestrial and aquatic). With my vet tech experience I do have experience with administering medication, if needed, that will make a dog feel relaxed and less anxious. Lastly, I love to be outside and be active. I love running and small hikes. I believe that it is important for dogs to be active and to be able to explore outside. So, it is always my goal and my priority for this to happen multiple times during the course of the visit.

Donna was really great with all my pets I could tell that she cared for them and cuddled with them and played with them the whole time that she was visiting . My landlord came over and needed a key for the garage and she managed it without even bothering me which was really great to have while I was on vacation. She was able to troubleshoot and manage things and be very thoughtful
Donna kept in contact communication with us throughout our trip. She watched over our fur baby with the greatest of care, and even he was sad to see her go! The dog and Donna played a lot, took many walks, and he was happy as a clam. Donna also cared for our home, was neat and tidy, watered plants, brought in the mail and packages, and really provided a full service experience. We can't wait to utilize Donna's services again!
Donna is our go-to dog sitter in the Bay Area, and one of our dog's top 5 favorite people in the world. She is professional, trustworthy, kind, and just great with our active, sassy pup.

A typical day
I love to connect with dogs through the outdoors. This means either going on nice walks around the neighborhood, or going on a hike. If comfortable, I love bringing dogs to places where there are new smells like near a body of water or in the woods.

I currently just resigned from my teaching position as a science teacher which now allows me to have an open schedule with much more flexibility.
