Hi, my name is Rose H. and I am giving a review for pet caretaker Donna O. Donna took care of our two dogs Sophie and Yuki for 6 days, 5 nights in our home back in April. (I would like to apologize for not sending this review sooner, but I had trouble navigating the Rover web site.) Our breed of dogs is American Eskimo, and each has a unique personality. During our first interview Donna was very knowledgeable about the American Eskimo breed. Our dog Sophie is very social and took to Donna very quickly. Yuki, on the other hand, is very shy and anxious and wanted nothing to do with Donna. Donna took both dogs on a short walk, and she came back a couple of times to help Yuki at ease before our departure date. She was very thorough writing down all pertinent information needed so that we were very comfortable leaving our babies with her. Donna was great with Sophie and Yuki and sent us pictures and texts updating us almost every day, which gave us piece of mind. I think by the second day Yuki was attached to her sitting almost in her lap. She took them for three daily walks, weather permitting. We were able to enjoy ourselves knowing our dogs were in good hands. Donna is dependable, responsible, conscientious, kind and very caring. I would definitely recommend Donna to anyone needing animal care.

As being an avid dog owner, having no less than 2-3 dogs at a time, I see the love and attention that she gives my pets and how they respond to her with the utmost devotion. You cannot fool a dog with insincere responses and all of my dogs have gone to her with no hesitation. She is honest, hardworking, committed and has always provided safe and loving care of all my animals over the last 25 years. I would highly recommend Donna!
