Pet care experience
I specialize in caring for only one family at a time. I will care for multiple dogs from the same family. I welcome all breeds and all sizes. I’ve had many dogs over the years and have experience with puppies and seniors that require special care. I love to go for long walks, hang out in the yard/deck, play fetch or just sit and pet and snuggle. My availability is flexible. I work from home weekdays and provide outstanding service for your dog due to constant care and attention. I provide frequent walks and lots of snuggles and love. I no longer have pets of my own and love to be able to provide the care and loving attention to your pet. When your dog comes for boarding at my home they become part of the family. Big or small I will love them as if they were my own! My calendar is always up to date. My yard is treated for ticks and mosquitoes. **** Meet and Greets**** I will always ask that I meet you and your dog prior to booking. These always occur at my home so that you will be able to see where your dog will be staying. I do not crate unless that is something that you request and supply.

This was the first time we’ve been away from our dog for more than a day but we were comfortable leaving her in such a caring home, especially when we got there and she was whining with excitement to see Donna! Sadie loved her vacation and got lots of love and attention the whole time and I think she would have liked to stay longer! Donna and her whole family were so sweet to her and we got lots of updates on how well she was doing which made us feel even better about leaving her for the week. We will definitely be using Donna for future trips and know that Sadie will be looking forward to visiting them again soon!
This was our first time using Rover for an overnight stay and we were nervous about leaving our dog with someone who is essentially a stranger, but Donna and her family made us feel at ease, especially after welcoming us into their home for a meet and greet and seeing how our dog seemed totally at home with them instantly. This was a trial run for a longer vacation we have coming up so it was great to be able to see that our dog was not anxious, got lots of love and attention and that we got updates on how she was doing, all which made us feel reassured this is a good option for longer stays. Sadie came home happy and tired from the attention she got so we are confident she will have a great time when she goes back soon!
My two black labs were very well cared for with Donna and her family. I received daily updates and pictures and they always looked so content and happy! I’m thankful to have such a great dog sitter for when we go away. She’s the best!!
