I will love your pet like my own
Pet care experience
My first cat lived to 20. My first dog, a Doberman, to 13. My beloved West Highland Terrier, Lacey, passed away at the age of 17 last year. She was diabetic & had Cushings so I was used to injecting her with insulin & dispensing pills. My 20 yr old Maine Coon, Rocky, lived a long, fairly healthy life until a few months ago. So I now have my Maltese Daisy who is 12 yrs old. They all got along great. I also recently adopted a 9 yr old Lhasa Apso named Paisley from her former owner who hired me to board her over the last year. I have been a pet sitter for dogs that ranged from a chihuahua to a pit bull mix. I treat them like part of my family. We have treat time, walk time, cuddle & play time & a big fenced in yard for free time. We welcome the smaller dogs to cuddle on the couch while we watch a movie at night. I send pics & video to reassure you that your pet is in good hands & happy. I am recently retired from my banking career of 42 years. My time is flexible. I can be available for pick up & drop off any day after 9 am ( or earlier upon request) I have a fully fenced yard & friendly fur babies to help your baby feel welcome. I have crates available if needed.
Reviews
Donna is fantastic! She took such good care of my Australian cattle dog over the holidays. He had a hurt paw which needed to be cleaned constantly and administered medication twice a day. She was great with him. Kept up with cleanings and meds. She will be my first choice whenever I need someone to watch my boy! Thank you so much Donna and Tom! I so appreciate all that you did to take care of him and keep me updated each day!
We are so pleased with the care that our Jackie O received while we were away. We were kept informed about JO throughout our trip which was a big relief for us since JO is in her senior years. Thank you Donna for caring for JO as if she was one of your own.
Donna was excellent! What a gem! When we reached out to Rover to find a cat sitter, we were in dire need due to a family health emergency. We have 2 cats and one who needs medical attention. Donna made time in her schedule to take us as clients. Not only that, Donna came over to our home to meet with us and the cats on a very short time frame before we left. Without us even telling her, she brought our mail and any packages inside. Our cats and home was left in great condition and we were honored to have her. Truly a wonderful experience!!!
Donna is a very caring and loving caretaker for all kinds of animals. Takes good care of there needs young or old. Seniors animals that need special care. So trustworthy with your animals. Just like there her own.

Information Donna N. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know if your dog has any special needs or dietary restrictions. My goal is to keep your fur baby as close to your schedule as possible. I cannot take an aggressive dog for the safety of mine or others. I encourage an initial meet n greet so that we can meet before the visit to ensure it will be a good fit for all. I do require that all immunizations are up to date & that your baby is on a flea preventative.
A typical day
I love to stimulate your fur baby both physically & mentally. I have a big fenced in yard for them to run & play in. We go for walks around the neighborhood, play at a nearby park, take rides for doggy ice cream. I have lots of toys, soft cuddly beds & a snack bar.

The dogs go for potty breaks all throughout the day. My passion is taking good care of other people's dogs & dropping in for cat visits.
