I wholeheartedly recommend not using Donna for any services. I really don’t understand the positive reviews here but my experience with Donna didn’t come close to living up to her reviews. While my dog was in her care, she sent me pictures that were clearly taken moments apart and claimed they were taken on different days. She totally ignored me when I asked why she had done that. She ignored my phone call. She then continued to send me old pictures and even went so far as to say, “This picture was taken yesterday and will be the only one sent today.” He still had a day and a half left to be there! I believe that she was rarely home and that my dog was made to stay outside the majority of the time in snow and freezing temperatures. I was so uncomfortable that I had to have my sister drive by her house to make sure my dog was not outside in 14-degree weather. I was worried for the safety of my dog in Donna’s care and her total lack of respect and appropriate communication did not help. If I could have, I would have immediately rescued my dog from that situation. If that's not bad enough, when I picked my dog up he was vomiting bile, which is a very common sign that a dog is extremely hungry. I believe she did not adequately feed my dog, either because she wasn’t home to do it or because she was punishing him for my questioning of her. There were old bile vomit stains on his bed - no attempt made to clean or care for my things, or even explain what happened. My dog was also nervous and skittish for about 24 hours after coming home. I'm very concerned about this person being allowed to continue with Rover or any other service. I believe dogs are not safe in her hands, or at the very least not cared for. The worst part is she charges top dollar to neglect your dog. I urge you not to hire her.

Donna and Starbuck were amazing for our dog, Peyton. Peyton returned to us loved more than when we left. We know that she is in good hands everytime she goes over to see Starbuck!
