Our dogs are our kids and we treat them as such. My husband & I currently have 4 small & 1 medium size dogs.... all rescues. Our dogs are spayed & neutered and up to date on vaccines. I am a very happy stay at home Dog Mom after retiring from 33 years in the corporate world. Two of our dogs have their Canine Good Citizen designation. I Have a GEORGIA KENNEL LICENSE (required by the state for anyone boarding dogs in their home), VERIFIED ENHANCED BACKGROUND CHECK, and have passed Rover 101( pet care best practices). We are excited to offer boarding & daycare. If your booking request is after 10pm, I might not respond until the next morning. Boarding & Day Care: Your pup(s) will love our home, we have a large fenced back yard and many places to play and lounge ( inside and out). We have yard time frequently, but dogs are never left unsupervised They will gets LOTS of attention, as I home most of the time. I limit the amount of pups who can board, so book early. Our dogs are super friendly and well behaved, so your dog will have friends to play with. I rely on the owner to let me know amount of play vs. lounge time. You will receive lots of updates and cute photo’s. I am a pet photographer. Please like my insta page @sit.bark.smile.love. Basic grooming ( bath and nails) is available for an additional fee. I prefer dogs who are crate trained. In addition, one of my dogs is a senior so I cannot board dogs that herd, growl, nip, have issues with men, or any type of anxiety. Dogs must be up to date on vaccines. Day Care: Rate will be reduced to $35 if the day care stay is under 5 hours. I have a lot of dog experience, learned a bunch through volunteering with multiple dog rescue organizations. Everything from dog training, grooming, care for special needs dogs, dog health, and exercise. I am trustworthy and dependable with references. Donna has become our dog Ranger’s home-away-from-home! He is alway SO EXCITED to see her, and you can tell from the pictures he feels so comfortable with her! She goes above and beyond to make Ranger(and me) feel special, even helping Ranger make the sweetest Mother’s Day card with an adorable picture on it! Donna is a dog lover through and through, and we will use her as long as she’ll have us!
Donna was amazing! she creates a homey environment for the dogs that stay with her. They are so loved there. She sends photo updates during the stay, which was so comforting to see my dog with a BIG smile on her face while staying with Donna. I am so grateful for her and they way she loves my dog while I'm gone
Our pup has the BEST time at Donna's house! I'm honestly surprised we were able to get our dog, Ranger, in the car to go home! She does such a great job keeping you updated, frequent adorable pictures let you know that your dog is in the best hands. She even sent Ranger home with a toy that he fell in love with while at her house, he wont put it down! She's our go-to sitter and we absolutely love her!
Donna took exceptionally good care of our 5 month old puppy during our first stay with her. She treated our pup as if she was one of her own dogs with an abundance of care and attention. She spent long periods outside playing with our dog and in the evenings they all napped together after a long day of stimulation. Total utopia for dogs!! You could not find a more responsible and loving person to care for your dog! And she’s also a wonderful photographer. Our pup came home rested, happy and calmer than before. Beyond blessed to have found Donna for our dog.

Safety is of the upmost importance for us! I have a fenced yard ( fully secure). There is a double gate leading to the exit gate for security. We have a covered dog area perfect for small dogs and during inclement weather. No dogs are ever left unsupervised in the yard.

A typical day
We live close to Terrell Mill Park and walk our dogs there everyday. Our large fenced back yard allows pups to sunbathe, chase balls, and roam.

I am home when pets are boarding with me. I might hav to run an errand or two, but I am never gone more than 2 hours per day. I am here the entire day for day care.
