I've worked in a corporate setting for many years and am now dedicating my time to my true passion, pets. I have been actively volunteering for pet organizations across Los Angeles and have been surrounded by animals my entire life including dogs, birds, turtles, hamsters, guinea pigs, fish, and cats . . . just to name a few! If you have multiple pets like me, please send me a message so we can figure out how to best book your needs. My coursework at Santa Monica College covered medical care of cats and dogs, behavior, and emergency situations. I am reliable, trustworthy, and consider the proper care and treatment of your pet as my #1 priority!

Donna was amazing. She’s so warm and responsive. I was very anxious about leaving town for a short trip- we have 2 cats, both needy in different ways. Donna kept us updated and sent several pictures for every drop in. I will absolutely reach out to her first next time I have another trip.

Whether you are at home and need me to come in and take your dog for a walk and potty break, or if you are going away and need me to drop-in on your cat(s) to feed/water/clean their litter box or walk your dog(s), rest assured they are in good hands with me! If you have multiple or different types of pets, please message me about how to best book the visit.
Information Donna C. would like to know about your pet
It’s important to understand your furbaby’s routine in eating, walking, drinking, playtime, etc. as I like to keep them on track with their daily routine as much as possible. I appreciate details on any medications that need to be administered, or if they have any physical issues that may prevent them from being able to run, or unable to handle long walks. While I try to keep them away from other people or animals, it’s good to know how they are with other dogs and people. Knowing this will assure that I keep an eye out for any triggers there might be in order to keep them safe, level and content during our time together.
A typical day
Dogs and cats fill my day with happiness! When I take a dog out on a walk, it’s their time to shine. They pick the direction, and I ensure their safety. If they want to walk fast, I walk fast! If they are a bit more pokey, I can stroll along and keep them good company. For cats, it’s their world and we just live in it! I make sure they get a good sniff and accept me before I give them too much attention. I definitely work hard to gain their trust and once it’s there they lead the way. If they have a favorite toy, or love a good scratch, they get it all from me.
