Hello, this is John, Donna's husband. I am a recently retired, trustworthy and reliable dog / house sitter. I have many years of experience caring for my own dogs and others. I am very active and up for the task! As I don't work a full time corporate job anymore (30+ years in telecom), I would be able to spend a lot of time with your pup - walking, playing and just hanging out. As a homeowner in Carlsbad, your home will be well cared for while you are away. This would include watering plants, getting mail / packages, taking out trash and making the house look lived in. My preference is house sitting, no apartments please. I would welcome the opportunity to house sit and care for your dog and home!

WOW! John went over and beyond with our 2 big dogs! He was incredible with them and spent so much time with them. Gave training recommendations and we came home to a spotless house! I will definitely use him every time! Thanks soooo much John! You are the best!!!
John was amazing with my fur babies. We needed a pet sitter last minute my daughter said try rover. He was easy to communicate with and while we were gone he sent little snap shots of their day. My goodness we even came home to the dishes done and the towels that were in the driver were folded! Thank you so much John. Frannie and Lexi would love you again!

As I am retired, my schedule is very flexible! Ideally I can fit into your pups current sleep, feeding and walking schedule. This usually works best.
