I have worked in the veterinary field for about a year, and have many years of experience working with dogs. In college, I even had a two year internship where I worked with wolves and wolf-hybrids. I’ve worked in boarding facilities, and have some experience volunteering in shelters as well. I have a degree in animal behavior, which helps me to better understand the personalties and behaviors of the animals I work with. Through my experience, I’ve worked with high energy dogs, “difficult” dogs, anxious dogs, and have worked with dogs ranging from new borns to elders. I accept all sizes from the miniest of minis to the most massive mastiffs. I’m a huge believer in positive reinforcement training, and always setting the animal up for success!
