Pet care experience
I've always wanted a dog. I've never really had the funds to own or buy a dog but used to pretend like I had one when I was kid. I have a cat but it's not the same. (Sorry Bubbles) Anyway, I needed a little extra cash for funding my website and came across Rover. I figured since I've trained, groomed, and showcased dogs before that sitting for them should be a literal walk in the park. I'm not frightened by large dogs (as long as they don't munch my face) and my training experience comes in handy if you have an unruly canine diva. I have an unlimited amount of dog love to give and I hope your dog is the first on my love list!

Dominique Higgins loves dogs and would make a great sitter. She is a very cheerful person with alot of energy and patience which makes her the perfect pet sitter. She can even train your dog if you are having problems with his or her behavior.
I've only known Dominique a few years but before my Lily passed on she was always great with her. I've never actually PAID her to watch Lily but she loved Dominique just the same. I hope she would make a good sitter (Lord knows she needs the money) and I know the other owners will love her bubbly, sweet personality. As her partner and friend I would definitely recommend her. Also, she may be sweet and kind but don't let that sugary sweetness fool you, she can crack a good whip when the moment calls for it. She trained my Lily. Never seen a gooder dog.

Your dog's temperament is the very first thing that I need to know. If your baby is coming to my house or I to your's it is crucial for me to know if he bites, growls, needs trust earned, skittish, aggressive, dominant. Also your interaction (does he jump on you? etc..) or interaction with children. If your dog needs constant interaction or would like to be left alone. Since I do not allow pets of any kind on my furniture, it is important that I know if you allow it in your home. I can be prepared to train NOT to be on my furniture.
A typical day
I typically will go where the Owner/Parent feels more comfortable with but if it's my choice I would go to the park or near a beach (as long as it isn't too cold) or circle around the block a few times if we're dealing with a homesick canine or very young puppy.
