My name is Dominique, and dog-sitting is a privilege and an honor. I currently live with one dog and a friend, and I grew up with a dog and a cat, so I am very familiar with the process of meeting their needs. From walking the dog, feeding the dog, to playing with the dog, I am more than willing to adjust myself to meet any family member's needs to dog-sit when I travel to your home. I am also very diligent to leave your home in better shape than it was when I arrived because I believe that excellence is the sure mark of a honorable person. To dog-sit, I find out from the esteemed owner what the dog's regular routine is, and then I do my best to adjust myself accordingly. The goal of my dog-sitting is to allow the dog and owner to have a memorable yet comfortable experience while I am present, and one of the key components would be keeping the dog on a schedule that is as close as possible to his/her normal routine if I wasn't there. I may even ask the owner if I can give the dog treats for good behavior. As it relates to my dog-sitting style, my style is very flexible, negotiable, and is dependent on the owner's needs. This includes taking care of the dog, the price per night, and any house responsibilities that I would do.
