I take my dog on 2 hour-long walks every morning and every evening. I leave my phone at home so I can step away and get a sense of peace. My dog loves it; we run, walk, and explore undiscovered open areas and throw balls around, and do lots of sniffs. All of the sniffs. If you want your dog to run, I’ll take that pooch out for miles. If you want your dog to be snuggled, I’ll gladly let my face be a canvas for your dog’s tongue brush of love. My dog is a 10 pound Pekingese who everyone says is the sweetest thing they’ve ever met. Her personality is very chill and sweet, but she’s only 12 months old so she has puppy energy for sure. She has never snipped at another dog, and I’ve only ever heard her bark 10 or fewer times in her life. She regularly rolls around with pit bulls and golden retrievers, instigating play time, and has no fear of another breed. If your dog is fine with little dogs, I’ll be happy to bring her along with me so that they can socialize and have a play buddy, but if I need to leave my floofer at home, that’s more than understandable and completely doable.
