Djemanesh is the best, forever accommodating and flexible

I am so disappointed with how my booking went. I had her booked for 3-30min visits. I have cameras set up in my apartment that are motion activated. I got alerts that someone entered my apartment and then left within less than 15 min. When I messaged to say that I’d appreciate if she stayed the full visit for the next 2 days, I was shocked at how rude her response was considering everything leading up to this point was so friendly and professional! Something had come up with her that I would have been understanding of had she communicated before and not after I messaged her about leaving the booking early. All I saw from my POV was someone not staying the scheduled amount of time and barely doing what I asked for in the care info, which is why I said something. She told me I was impatient, to find another sitter as she’d prefer not to work with me and cancelled the booking. This left me scrambling to try and find someone to watch my cat while I was away for Christmas. She also charged me a $30 cancellation penalty. I reached out to rover support and they refunded me for the full booking thankfully. As someone who also pet sits through rover, I think there was a much better way for this situation to have been handled.
