Sweet, friendly person you'd love as a sitter! My little Bear (lab terrier rescue mix) adores Dionna. Ever since the first time she watched him when I was out of town when I say her name he immediately looks around and starts crying for her. My dog has a very small network of people he trusts, likely due to circumstances he was in when he was a puppy, but Dionna was someone I could tell he was comfortable with right away. It was such a relief that I found her as a sitter from time to time because I can't leave him with just anyone. Dionna took the time to let Bear know she was a safe space for him when they first met with her calm presence and patience. She always was a great house guest, very communicative/responsive, even sent me cute photos of my baby boy while I was away which was very sweet to see him happy with her! I was told he'd act like he had separation anxiety when he's stayed with family members in the past, but that didn't seem to be a problem with Dionna probably because she was more engaged and attentive to his emotions than I think a lot of other people would be! + she's very reliably when it came to giving my dog his allergy meds each day!

Dionna goes above and beyond to care for your pet. She is loving, attentive, and calm. When our dog had a health issue, she stayed up all night waiting for the emergency vet so that he could receive care. Our dog can be sensitive, and she took the time to get to know him and understand his likes and fears. He loves her, as do we. She is extremely respectful of personal property, clean, and considerate. She is really a treasure and we are repeat customers of her care and services. We trust her with our dog, our belongings, and our home. She is also wonderful at helping forward mail when needed.
