We booked Dianne in good faith after a meet n’greet with her that she would do a good job looking after our animals and home. We were sadly mistaken! The first thing we noticed is that she would start her rover card some days 20-30 minutes before actually arriving to our home to start her visit and then would leave and close her rover card well after she had left. Her visit would be the required 30 minutes but it actually looked like it was longer. We came home to our house being an utter mess! There was dried urine and feces all over the kitchen floor that had been there for days! There was also dried urine in our foyer area. There were several spots on our carpet that had urine spots as well that were not cleaned up. Needless to say our home smelled horrendous when we walked in. After traveling all day, we had to come home and do a deep cleaning of our floors to even be able to walk through our home. I cannot believe that someone can walk into a home and not see these things and just leave it this way! The one time that she attempted to clean something up she left the rags and sponge in my kitchen sink not rinsed out and after a week of course it was crusty and smelled awful. We will not be using her again and advise you to use her at your own risk of returning home to an utter disaster!

Dianne —professional, dependable and responsible. Dianne was a perfect match for Max. She was dependable and kept communication with us open. The pics showed Max was comfortable and enjoyed being with you and although he was bigger than you, you handled him well ! Thank you so much for looking over our big baby and house with care. Max would love to have you hang out with him again❤️
