In my home, I do not crate dogs and cats, I have little beds for them to relax in. If needed, I have a gated area in my home to separate dogs and cats, if necessary. Often times, I will just board petsit 1 per at a time, unless they came from the same household and are use to each other already.

A typical day
Play with dogs and/or cats, with their favorite toys; get them to run around, jump, chase, retrieve. Walk to get exercise and so dogs can check their “pee-mail” on the sidewalk from other dogs. Reward with belly rubs, positive words and treats.
