Diana and Mike will love and care for your dog as if it was one of their own. I've been taking my Australian Shepherd to Diana for boarding for a couple of years now and have always had a positive experience. They are thorough in getting to know both you and your dog's needs and have a large backyard space dedicated entirely for the dogs (tunnels, a pool, various toys, you name it). Diana is also very responsive when it comes to any last-minute adjustments or picture requests. I can really tell that they care about each dog that stays with them and take their responsibilities seriously - Thanks for everything Diana!

I DO NOT recommend Diana as a pet sitter. Diana watched my 2 dogs in December. This was our first (and only) stay with her! We had a meet and greet before and everything appeared to be great. One of my dogs is on a daily prescribed medication for anxiety. Diana and her husband decided she did seem anxious and stopped the medication a few days onto the 10 day stay, WITHOUT any discussion with me. This was a daily medication, not an as needed medication. I only found out when I picked up my dogs. This medication is supposed to be tapered to avoid serious side effects when stopping it, so Diana put my dog's health at risk with her irresponsible/irrational decision, that was not hers to make, never once speaking to me about it. When I picked up my pups, she said she almost started the medication on my other dog because he appeared to be anxious. Her Rover profile also says she boards up to 4 dogs at at time. Keeping in mind she has 2 dogs of her own. There were at least 5-6 dogs there being boarded when I picked up my 2 dogs (plus her 2 dogs). I am not sure how many dogs she was boarding, but definitely more than 4, as stated in her Rover profile (I did advise her to update her profile, since she was not being honest). My other dog came home with stress colitis likely due to being boarded with so many pets. This has never happened to him before (he is 5 years old). He had diarrhea every 1-2 hours around the clock for 2.5 days after coming home. Needing medication to treat his symptoms. Also, I only found out he had diarrhea when I picked him up. Again no communication from Diana about his GI symptoms. Also she mentions having you sign a paper to give her authority to be the medical proxy for your pet in case of a medical emergency while in her care. That seemed quite reasonable. However, the form also clears her of any and all legal responsibility for your pet while in her care, places you at legal risk, and essentially leaves her with no legal responsibility! Thought this was very strange. This has never come up in boarding dogs on Rover for almost 12 years! When asked about this, she says it is only so she won't be sued if her house explodes or something bad like that happens! Made me feel very uncomfortable. I really wanted to have this be my new go to pet sitter! What appears shiny on the surface is not so shiny in the end. The decisions she made were reckless and put my pets health in danger. She provided updates only when asked and never once mentioned any problems or concerns she had until I picked up. Oh how I wish my dogs could talk, I feel they would have so much to say about this stay...!
