This did not work out at all. Diana did go above and beyond to run to the store to pick up more food but that's the only positive I can say. My cat apparently scared her by hissing when she came in. The first day of my vacation I got an email saying she was scared of my cat and wasn't going to clean the cat box. This really stressed me out for my entire 5 day vacation, knowing that my cat wasn't going to be cared for properly. She tells me she cleaned it once while I was gone. I came home to a terrifying cat box and a huge pile of vomit on my carpet. That is the first time the cat has vomited in two years. She probably tried to use her cat box that was completely unusable at that point and got sick. I know I got sick when I saw it! I'm having a hard time understanding why a "pet sitter" does not have the confidence to walk past a scared cat and close the door, therefore, separating themselves from said scared cat to provide a clean litter box. I'm giving Diana a 3 because she went to the pet store and got more food because I failed to remember that in my hurry to get on the road. She kept my cat alive but the cat was so stressed out from this experience I won't be using the service again and I'm pretty bummed I paid $82 to come home to a huge mess. She's probably fine with easy pets but not very confident with one that's skeptical of strangers.

Diana was great. She sent me photos of her play date with my little Lucy and was very responsive. I'll definitely be using her services again.
