I am a college student going to Medical School with a love for animals and healthcare. I considered Veterinary School and eventually decided on human medicine but continue to look for opportunities to help out animals and their families in anyway I can. I have a lot of experience caring for older and more delicate (health-wise) dogs including keeping a medication schedule and taking vitals. I understand all animals have different personalities and need time to adjust to the introduction of a new caretakers and I respect their boundaries when it comes to pet care. Accidents and slobber do not bother me one bit I am comfortable to all the potential messy bits of pet care. I love going on walks and my neighborhood is a loop with a series of cul de sacs perfect for adjusting to any dogs walk length preference. My house is very pet friendly and pets are permitted to explore with supervision if permitted by their owner. I would be happy to cuddle up on the couch and watch tv, run around the house, engage in an intense match of tug-o-war, or give them their space to hang out alone depending on your pets preference. I have a 22-inch crate and bed, leash, bowls, brush, chew toy, tennis balls, and dog shampoo and conditioner just in case. I have a bit of experience with shelter/adopted dogs from occasionally volunteering at the humane society.
