So, I am a new/first-time dog owner and this was my first experience ever with doggy daycare and I cannot even begin to express how pleased I am with Diana's service and how incredible this woman is. First of all, I requested her service last minute (like last second). After messaging literally 10 other providers who were closer to me, I lucked out and hit the jackpot when Diana promptly responded. I was a bit unsure of my exact drop off time and she was very flexible and patient with me. I arrived at her beautiful home in a gorgeous new, safe neighborhood and met her and her lovely husband who immediatley took my baby and showed interest right away in getting to know him and I felt so comfortable leaving him alone with them. From the moment I left they began sending photos of him as he warmed up to the unfamilialr environment to reassure me because I was having a lot of anxiety as my dog is with me literally 24/7 (even as I work) and I was so worried about leaving him alone. When their gorgeous puppy got home from the groomer my dog began one of the best days of his life as he played and played for HOURS. They send several photos and videos throughtout his stay and they took him on a nearly 2 hour walk to the dog park where they sent photos of him in heaven playing with 5 other dogs. When I arrived to pick him up, they were on their porch with him grooming him as they waited for me (he was a bit tangled up as I didn't have time to brush him before I dropped him off). I was able to catch a glimpse of him before he noticed me and he looked so calm and relaxed and happy. Like he felt at home. After I picked him up they sent a lovely text stating how much fun they had with him which really meant a lot. He is totally wiped out on my bed now like he just had the best day of his life.. If I was able to give this Diana more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Book with this woman!! She is amazing and will take incredible care of your baby. Thank you so much Diana!
