diana is the absolute best. We always always look to see if diana is available when going on vacation to leave our little dog with her. Our dog has a great time with her, the only downside is after spending time at Diana's she is a little reluctant to come back home :/

When we picked up my Pomeranian after a 4-night stay with Diana, we were very disappointed in his condition as well as the condition of his things. More specifically: 1. My dog was extremely exhausted and thin. 2. He had a red spot right above his nose. 3. The fur around his neck was all matted. 4. His crate was broken at the hinge. 5. His tennis ball and antler (he loves to chew) were both missing. We are very disappointed with Diana. She didn’t update me about Butter’s condition during the stay. I messaged her one day after we dropped him off and asked if everything was ok, and only then did she message me saying that he wasn't eating 3 times a day. Upon receipt of her message, I immediately corrected her saying that he doesn’t eat 3 times a day but he poops 3 times a day. The care instructions I provided her says this very clearly. It has his food preparation instructions as well as his potty schedule. There were no other updates from Diana about his eating behavior. She messaged me a day or two later and said that Butters was hyper and sent me a few blurry pictures and that was it. Never once did she mention that Butters wasn’t finishing each meal and that she had to throw out the food. She mentioned this to my husband only on the day of pickup, which is too late.
