“A true friend leaves paw prints on your heart.” I'm a huge animal lover and since childhood...I have had a hamster, turtle, canary, numerous cats, 2 consecutive "family" Shetland Sheepdogs. In 2009, I adopted my own little Puerto Rican street dog, Rosie, who was a Pomeranian /Chihuahua mix. She was scared of noises, had been abused, picky eater....overall a very nervous and sensitive soul. Her true character and calmness only came out when she was alone with me. But she was my little shadow and soulmate, I had to put her down in March of 2022 and I'm heartbroken to say the least. There are a lot of empty corners in my home right now so I thought offering to sit with your cat or dog might make the transition easier. Rosie passed from liver & kidney failure at the age of 14. So I do have a lot of experience and discipline with administering pills and keeping on a strict schedule.

Diana was the best! This was her first time watching our beagle Daisy, but you wouldn’t have known it. She sent lots of photos and videos, keep us updated on how Daisy was doing, and really cared for her like she was her own. Even gave us a great idea for a puzzle feeder for our ravenous, always hungry beagle. We will definitely use Diana on our next trip. Thanks Diana!!
Diana is incredible. She was extremely caring and kind. We received updates and photos and she even hand fed our sometimes cautious pup. Our girl was relaxed and calm when we picked her up and can't wait to see Diana again.
Diana was wonderful with our cat. She sent updates and pictures everyday. It is obvious she cares about animals and is very knowledgeable about their needs. Highly recommend.
Diana is a clear lover of dogs and took great care of my pup Riley. She sent pictures and video through out just stay and even went the extra mile! Highly recommend her.

I do have a beautiful home in a very quiet neighborhood in Forest Hills with lots of greenery, parks and a fenced in backyard. *Your dog MUST be house broken or use Wee Wee Pads. * They must be clean since they will be spending most of their time in my living room and bedroom. *There is a dog park in Forest Park which is not far from me but if they are not into that we can just walk in the neighborhood or hang in my backyard together ( I never leave them alone or unintended in the backyard). *Barkers and hyper dogs are not going to be a good fit for me.

Information Diana B. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if they are on any pill medications, afraid of noises etc...any little quirks or habits they may have (my dog didn't like light in her eyes when she slept). I do have a car, so in case of emergency, I can get them to a Vet's office quickly. Personally, I have used Juniper Valley Animal Hospital for years and can speak very highly of them. I can provide daily walks but if your dog is super high energy, it probably won't be a good fit for me and my lifestyle. I'm better with chill ,senior, nervous or shy dogs.
A typical day
Nice morning walk around the neighborhood, possibly the dog park if you want, play ball and /or with their toys. I have lots of beds around the house. Most importantly, I'm a cuddler so there will be lots of hugs and kisses going on. If they're elderly I have a little heating pad I can place below them for their hips and a little massage action while we watch tv at night.
