My name is Devyn. I have been in the pet care business for a total of 2 years now. I started out working in a pet hotel, waiting for my chance to learn to groom. I later became a bather and worked my way up to becoming a certified dog groomer. I am recently certified, about 6 months in. Growing up I’ve had dogs and cats, and when I got old enough to buy my own pet, I bought a Lovebird and named her Kiwi. Later down the road I found out she had pdfd. Which is a slow deadly disease comparable to aids in birds. It hurt at first, but only made me strive to help her more and keep her healthy and happy. To this day she is naked but happy. I found that I love learning about new animals, and different ways of helping them in any way I can. I also love meeting new pets, and the different personalities of each one. They are each their own character and that makes me happy to see, and be part of.
