I just moved back home to Illinois and am looking to work with animals as they have been a huge part of my life for many years. Besides just being a passionate dog lover, I have worked with dogs in a professional setting. I have done two different internships at an animal shelter where I handled all breeds, temperaments, and ages of dogs. I have also earned my bachelors degree in Animal Sciences and will love your dog unconditionally. For the past 2 years I was working at the Santa Fe Animal Shelter as a Behavior Team Member where I supervised playgroups and trained dogs. I am an early riser and a night hawk so I am happy and willing to dog walk at 5am. I want to take care of your pet/s successfully so I am willing to make accommodations and do whatever is needed so that your pet/s will be happy and healthy under my care.

I was truly amazed at how sweet Devon treated my lil pup! She was so awesome she updated me with photos during her stay and even walked my dog around the block. I was freaking out because I had never used Rover before, but Devon did an outstanding job caring for my dog and I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate dog lover. I have nothing but great things to say about her!
Devon has watched my dog many times. She is reliable, responsible and trustworthy. She never missed a walk or his feeding times. Her passion for animals shines as she also helped teach my dog to sit, rollover and use her behavior trainings to help train my dog to use the bathroom outside, to not bark, and helped get my dog accustomed to strangers. Not only but she is kind, bubbly and energentic. I trusted her with my dog and in my household. I would strongly recommend her!
