I’ve been a solo pet owner for 5 years now, but I’ve babysat children and animals since I was 16. I work from home and therefore spend all day with my dogs and cat. The typical day usually consists of lots of cuddles, conversations with the dogs as if they were humans (yay quarantine), playtime and snacks! My rescue dogs have had their share of accidents and upset tummies; so I’m now hyper aware of their needs and changes in behavior (call me a helicopter mom). I’m just going to say it: I’m a millennial and animals are my children, and your babies will receive that same treatment in our home. Plus, all canine guests get a bonus human, my wonderful fiancé, who is arguably more loved by these fuzzy sugar-babies, then myself.
