****If you are a prior customer, please contact me first**** I have a NEW dog named Link. Boy is he smart and what a great companion. Not a mean bone in his body. He's so sweet. Hi there. I want to start out by saying I love all animals, but have a special kinship with dogs. My one elderly dog named Ash, who turned 18 in April, passed on 4/29/2015. He was very friendly and I had never seen him not get along with another dog, even very aggressive dogs. He helped a lot of people in his life and touched a lot of souls. I specialize in elderly dogs, leash reactive, and would prefer house-trained dogs. Giving medications or taking care of special needs is not a problem. A little about me, I am a southern California transplant. I moved up to the Seattle area in 2012 for a job. Now, I am laid-off and have a lot of extra time on my hands and spend much of my days taking my dog for walks and giving him much love. Prior to living here in an apartment, I lived on a ranch in California with 5 dogs and 6 horses, 2 cats and a ferret. I have always been around animals throughout my life. Boarded and trained dressage horses while living on a Ranch in Ojai, CA. I spend most days on Mercer Island where we have an awesome dog park as well as many other spots to let the pups go explore. Luther Burbank Park, is one of the parks that we go to all the time. So I was living on Mercer Island, but now I also reside in Cle Elum in a house that has dual fenced yards for the dogs to run, also a dog room just for the pups. I still usually go back and forth from Cle Elum to Mercer Island everyday because my pack is there and there is no way I would give up my pack. Sometimes I will bring them out on hikes or go swimming it a lake or river. We are constantly finding new and exciting things to do. Why I love dog sitting? I have been an animal lover for all of my life. I feel like I have a special connection with animals, especially dogs. I can't imagine my life without dogs.
