Hey pet lovers! My name is Devan and I am 30 years old. I have one dog of my own, Sherman (3). He is a Bluetick Coonhound and is the love of my life. He is loud and rambunctious and I love every minute of it. I’ve had dogs as long as I can remember. They’re always a part of the family. I had my first dog on my own at 18 years old. I can’t wait to meet your fur babies and give them all kinds of love!

Even though not apart of Rovers expected services, our sitter did bring in two of our USPS packages which I am very thankful for! However, overall, my third booking left me disappointed for a few reasons. 1: Our Rover cards did not contain any notes or updates on our cats. I enjoy knowing if they are eating, getting their medicine, etc. while we are away. 2: Their litter boxes were very dirty when we returned home. I’m unsure if they were cleaned while we were gone. I believe it’s due to this that they eventually decided to use the bathroom on the floor instead. 3: I was informed once we were out of town that the sitters work schedule was going to coincide with our requested check-in times for the week. Our cats aren’t on a super strict schedule but I do prefer to keep them on their routine if possible. Had I known this ahead of time I would have found a replacement. An updated bio might be good as well as it does mention self-employment/flexible schedule.
Devan has taken care of my cats twice now and has done a great job! I will be using her again.
Devan was wonderful as usual! I’m so thankful we have her to check in our cats whenever we’re out of town!

I would like to know feeding schedules, walk preferences (is a walk something they’d enjoy or would they prefer just a short potty break?), when/if to give treats, bedtime routine, energy level and requirements. I want to give them the best care possible so the more info the better!
A typical day
Typically with my dog, I take him to the park in the morning and evening with a long walk in between. He gets rest time mid-morning and late afternoon. I usually take the dogs that I walk to the park for some playtime and then walk them for a short walk back to their house as a cool down

I am self employed so I can work around your schedule! I can pop in as many times a day as needed for walks or just for visits.
