Pet care experience
Hello! I first want to mention that I can currently only bring *hypoallergenic dogs (dogs with less allergens) into our home to spend the night. I am happy to do drop-ins and walks with all other dogs! Someone living here is allergic, so we are trying to make it work right now. Thank you for understanding! I have cared for dogs on and off for many years. I had my own dog for 7 years, and I’ve cared for family dogs for many years as well! There is nothing I love in this world more than dogs and animals ❤️ I understand dietary needs, exercise needs, emotional needs, etc.

Destrie is simply the best!!! I just moved to the Salt Lake area and was scrambling to find a sitter. She went above and beyond to make my dog, Roman, comfortable while I was out of town. He was his usual energetic, happy self when I picked him up and clearly had been well cared for! Highly recommend Destrie!
If you want your fur baby to be treated with love, warmth, patience and joy, look no further. Between the photos and updates, our minds and hearts were at ease 24/7 and the adjustment back home was seamless! Everyone had fun and Destrie is our go-to for us from now on!
Destrie was so kind and really showed love for Toby. She sent us pics and video updates which is always appreciated. Destri's place is so relaxing and welcoming. We highly recommend her!
Destrie was very nice to me and my dog. She even gave him a bath and he came home clean and fluffy. Her home was beautiful and she kept in touch and sent me pic during my dogs stay.

A typical day
We will play with your dog, take him/her to local parks, hikes, etc. depending on the needs of your dog. Many options, we are very active people! There will also be lots and lots of cuddles! I also love to train dogs, so I’m sure I’ll be working on teaching some new tricks!
