Pet care experience
Hi, I'm Destini! A few things that set me apart from different sitters is the fact I've been handling animals basically since I could understand the word animal. I've worked in multiple care facilities, vets etc with everything from dogs to cats to lizards and more. When I was in school, I also took the animal science class, teaching me more about animal behavior, and how to keep an animal happy and healthy. I've had family and friends alike ask for help regarding walking their dogs, preoccupying their cats, and even coming in and re feeding things like their fish and birds. When it comes to the different types of animals I've taken care of, I have some knowledge on them all really. Some things I can provide for your pet is constant care. Rest easy knowing that I will send plenty of pictures/videos, always have something to do for your pet, and shake that anxiety or sadness off of your pet with some quality time together. I can provide plenty of walks, playtime, and just overall enjoyment to your pet. I am available most days anywhere between 8am and 10am to answer any messages about services, sometimes a little later when I am off so please bare with me. Thank you 🙂

Well, all I can say is we have found our forever dog sitter. Destini was beyond amazing! She went 100x beyond and above the amount of care I was hoping for. I have a LOT of anxiety when it comes to leaving my dogs with anyone and I can tell you there was not a single moment I worried while they were in her care. I received multiple updates a day (upon request, she won’t bother you if you’d rather be left alone) and didn’t seem to mind accommodating very detailed instructions that would seem silly to the average person. She went as far as to make them scrambled eggs because that is a silly thing I do for them on the weekends. I just know they felt very comfortable and loved in her care. My very picky eater seemed to take to her and didn’t have a problem the whole time we were gone. I joked that I might have to call her to get him to eat in the future. Destini would be great to look over any pet. However, if you are an overprotective dog owner like me and want someone to care for your pups exactly like you would, down to the detail, she’s your gal. My only hesitation in posting this GLOWING review is that she might not be available next time I need her. If she’s free, BOOK HER!

One thing I will do with your pet is keep them engaged. I never want the pet to be bored to where something could be torn up out of boredom, or anything along that sort. I can provide and will provide plenty of walks and outdoor play time to wear your pet down and make time to rest easier.
Information Destini R. would like to know about your pet
A few things I would need to know would be about any medication your dog needs and at what time/times. I also need to know if your dog is reactive to other dogs or humans, because I want to feel safe when taking care of your pet, just like you want them to feel safe. I need to know if your dog is house trained, and most importantly crate trained. Not all dogs need crate training, but at meet and greets I like to bring it up because I find it important.
A typical day
Some fun activities I might include when taking care of your pets would be playing with any toys we have around. Exercise is a must for any animal, and after all, what dog doesn't love a round of fetch? Some other things that we could have fun doing would include walks around the neighborhood, enrichment toys, and more.

Pet care fits into my daily schedule because it is something I want to do for a living. I have only ever wanted to be in the pet care industry, and with the experience I already have, Rover has become a big part of my life that I enjoy a lot.
