Desiree is a great caregiver! She doesn't bat an eye to complex cases, she has provided excellent medical care in administering medication for my pets, taking them for grooming, remembering sensitive skin/shampoo requests, eye drops, pills, and even giving them the gross oral medication they detest. She provides picture updates to put my mind at ease and my pets are always excited to see her. She has cared for my dogs (large - runner, medium cuddler, tiny -sass), birds, and fish. She asks great questions and pays attention to the most menial tasks, like remembering a favorite blanket or which games my dogs like best. Most importantly she shares a passion for their comfort and care as if they were her own. She also follows up after her visit to make sure everything is ok. I'm happy when my dogs are happy, so I always choose her first! I know I will have a great vacation everytime I book her.
